Donation Requests
We’re grateful for the excitement about our cider and the chance to support causes that align with our values. While we wish we could support every cause, we focus our donations on organizations in Frederick and Washington Counties in Maryland, and those that promote sustainability education.
WHAT WE SUPPORT
- Organizations in our local area (Frederick & Washington Counties)
- Nonprofits that promote sustainability education.
TO QUALIFY, PLEASE NOTE:
- Submit requests at least three months prior to your event date.
- Limit donation requests to once a year
- Heavy Branch Cider must be served at your event.
- You must get the proper license from your local liquor control board.
- Heavy Branch Cider disclaims any liability for your event.
- Donations are pickup only at our production facility in Hagerstown, Maryland.
WE'RE UNABLE TO SUPPORT:
- Organizations lacking 501(c)(3) nonprofit status
- Charitable trusts, political campaigns, lobbying efforts, or advocacy groups
- Private foundations, clubs, or individuals
- Adult and youth sports teams and school events
- Events with over 25% of attendees under 21
- Requests for advertising, sponsorships, or monetary donations.
- Organizations engaging in any form of discrimination
